Important information: The registration fee can only be paid via bank transfer.  Thus we have been able to reduce the registration fees considerably.

The registration fees for SCIA are the following:

  • Early member: 4 500 Skr
  • Early non-member: 5 000 Skr
  • Early student member: 3 000 Skr
  • Early student non-member: 3 500 Skr
  • Late member: 5 500 Skr
  • Late non-member: 6 000 Skr
  • Late student member: 4 000 Skr
  • Late student non-member: 4 500 Skr

You can register as a member if you are a member of any regional IAPR society, e.g. SSBA in Sweden.

You can register using early registration until March 31, 2011.

The registration fee includes admission to all presentations, coffee-breaks, lunches, the reception and the conference dinner. You will also obtain a USB memory-stick containing the proceedings and you have the possibility to buy a printed copy of the proceedings for 500 Skr.

The fee for tutorials is 500 Skr.

During the registration you may reserve accomodation at Ystad Saltsjöbad. The reservation is guaranteed by providing a credit card number and it is not possible to cancel. However, the actual payment will be made during check out. The prices are as follows:

  • Single room: 1 601 Skr/night
  • Double room: 1 135 Skr/person/night

Please note that we have made preliminary reservations at Ystad Saltsjöbad and that we have counted on delegates staying there. You can not reserve your room directly from Ystad Saltsjöbad. It has to be done during registration. Observe also that there are no alternative accomodation conveniently close to the conference venue. In case of few reservations we have to release rooms and there is a potential risk that there are no hotel rooms available if you decide to reserve hotel rooms later.

Breakfast and access to the SPA at Ystad Saltsjöbad (except individual treatments) are included. Observe that there are only about 100 rooms and they will be distributed according to first come first serve.

You will also have the option of buying the evening dinner at Ystad Saltsjöbad for the 24th 26th and 27th of May. Observe that you have to buy these dinners in advance if you would like to have the dinner at Ystad Saltsjöbad. Another option is to go to Ystad, where there are several restaurants to choose from.

The confirmation and invoice will be sent shortly after your registration, but it may take up to a few days.
