Confirmation of Registration
You will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail within about a week after we have received your registration. If you have not received your confirmation within a week, please send an e-mail to the conference secretariat.
Notification of cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail or regular post to the conference secretariat. There is a cancellation fee of SEK 2000. Cancellations will be accepted until April 1st, 2011. If you have already paid we will refund all charges except for the non-refundable cancellation fee of SEK 2000. We will not permit any refunds or fee reductions for cancellations received after April 1st.
Change of Delegate
Substitutions of delegates can be made at any time for an additional charge of SEK 1000. Please contact the conference secretariat if you wish to change delegate.
