Instructions for camera ready submission
Please, follow the instructions at Springer’s site for authors, under “Submit you manuscript to the volume editor”. The final version should be uploaded in the CMT system.
Don’t forget to mail a hard-copy of the copyright form to

Observe also that both oral and poster presentations will be allocated 10 pages in the proceedings, with the possibility to buy up to two pages extra for 500 Skr/page. If you choose to use extra pages, you should indicate this during registration.
